how to select friends?
Most of the college courses last only one year,
and then the second year,
students further their studies in different universities or even different countries.
As a college student,
I of course want to make some lifelong friends,
instead of temporary or one-year-long friends.
That's why I treat every of my good friends nicely,
because that's what friends are meant to be.
But we all know that the existence of fake friends in this world,
like there are always some rotten apples in a basket of apples,
that is inevitable.
It's not that just because you are a perfect apple you get to live with a basket of perfect apples.
Life doesn't go that way.
So when facing fake friends,
I sure cannot tell them hey you are goddamn fake just get out of my life before I decide to slap you.
All I think I can do is just treat them normally too,
Because you don't want to turn into a rotten apple just because you have met one.
Stay clean.
I have this friend,
who always approaches me when he has no friends to accompany him,
and we talk about life and study and everything in an usual way.
But when he is with his friends,
he will always ignore me or not to say hi to me when we pass by each other,
like saying hi to me will ruin his long-built dignity or reputation or fame.
But I really don't hate him,
because he is just a rotten apple.
Well, actually I do hahahahaha.
But so far I am glad with the friends that I have made in MUFY.
First, I have 1 close friend that we talk about our dark secrets,
I have 3 amazing friends that we go around Subang to eat nice food every week.
4 cool friends that we hang out a lot,
and 1 female friend who always helps me in knowing girls.
Speaking of friends,
I'd prefer quality over quantity.
I don't want to have 100 normal friends without any real friends.
I am okay with having just 1 real friend without any normal friends.
It's like one day I am sick and sent to the hospital,
I'd rather have 1 friend come to visit me than have 100 simple wishes from my phone.
And I also have this friend,
her name is Woan Shing,
a really cute and intelligent and simple girl.
We only know each other today,
but she is leaving MUFY in June.
I don't know why I am writing this,
but I wish you all the best in your A-Levels study in Taylor's College.
It's sad how quick people come into and leave our lives.
