Happy Birthday to Zhong Xin!
He is one of my best friends and my roommate.
Plus,
he runs the fastest in my school,
so it's kind of a privilege to sleep with someone with this honor.
Last post I said that I enrolled for MUFY.
To make it clear,
MUFY stands for Monash University Foundation Year,
which is obviously a foundation that takes one year or two semesters.
Students can easily achieve the requirement to enter Monash University with this program,
in other words,
it's an easier and more secure way to enter the university,
provided that your decision is already certain before the enrollment.
It obliges students to take at least four subjects out of eleven subjects,
one of them must be English.
And due to my current decision to enroll for Civil Engineering next year,
I must take English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
It's mandatory,
I have no choice at all,
I would avoid physics and chemistry if I had.
Every subject contains 100 marks,
and if students want to go for C.E. after finishing the foundation year,
they must at least obtain 305 marks.
I don't know if it's difficult. I don't know. I don't want to know. At least now.
FAQ section.
Many have seen asking me why I left HHHS.
So.
First,
UEC is publicly known by its difficulty.
Hence,
the school has students to test every single day to help them prepare.
After having prepared SPM whole year,
I don't think I can stand the stress and pressure to live this kind of lifestyle two years.
Plus SPM is easier to get good results comparing to UEC.
Second,
I think college life is cool.
If I had decided to study Senior 3,
I'd have missed the chance to be a college student.
I mean,
I only live once,
actually everyone only lives once,
it's not right to not be a college student once.
Third,
my decision of selecting course in university is certain, in some point.
so I don't have/want to study 10 subjects when I can only study 4,
which definitely makes my life better and easier.
Fourth,
I want to adapt to university life earlier.
Fifth,
College has a lot of holidays!
